From our island to your warehouse
Each lot gets its own lot number. The number links the product to its origin, harvest, packing date and checks, and it is printed on every pack and on the documents. If a buyer asks about a delivery, we can trace it back in one step.
Checked every lot
Before a lot is released it is checked. Typical checks for spices, beans, coffee and other natural products are moisture, aroma, appearance and foreign matter, and, when the market asks for it, lab tests such as microbiology and pesticide residues. Essential oils are typically checked for density, refractive index and composition (GC analysis). The tests that apply depend on the product and on the destination market.
Documents with every shipment
Each shipment leaves with the paperwork your buyers and customs need.

- Phytosanitary certificate, when the destination asks for it
